Service had me come to the shop 3 times before getting the right part. Ed told me he would discount the labor to make up for it. He Quoted me 180 dollars to fix my truck. His discount was 4 dollars. I paid 176 dollars for the repair. It was like a slap in the face. I wouldn't be reviewing him now if he would have never made that offer and then break it. Your word is everything Ed.

All i did is tell him what kind of truck i was looking for. He did all the work in finding that perfect truck for me. Also just in case that didnt work out he always had a back up plan. First person in sales that i have ever met that wont lie to you nor tell you what you want to hear. I absolutely hate shopping for a vehicle and he made it simple and fun. My wife was looking for a new car to fit her petite size. We looked at a variety of autos and was about to give up. Then she spotted one that had just came in, and found it could be what she needed.
