Wish i could give Laura a .
Wish i could give Laura a .1 star. Although Laura Ford stated that they did an "extensive" inspection of the used vehicle they sold me their mechanic "missed" an actively leaking rack and pinion assembly my home dealership found in a 45 minute multi point inspection. This "miss" cost me $2100 and Laura refuses to do anything about. They claim I should have got a warranty, which wouldn't have covered the issue anyway. Wouldn't reccomend them to my worst enemy.
