Sold us a lemon and don't stand behind it. This vehicle has been nothing but a problem since we bought it. We have had it to the dealership over 7 times just for electrical. The car is dangerous. We didn't even have it off the lit and all the alerts went off. They had to keep the car and gave us a loaner vehicle till the following Friday when they called and said ours was ready. We went to pick it up and drove about 30 miles and sll the alerts went off again. We called and they told us to bring it back and again we had a loaner vehicle and they had to replace the ECM psrt of the computer. After that we were back for just faulty electrical. Its had about 8 recalls. 4 of which are still happening because they don't have the parts to fix it. Our service agent told us we had a lemon and that they should take care of us. We set up an appointment with a sales man thinking they would take this lemon back and call it even and then we would buy an older vehicle but to no avail did that happen. He wanted to give us $7000 for our vehicle and put the rest of what we owe on top of the sale price. Then we said no deal and went to our car. The salesman came out and I said to him "so what do we do when this thing starts on fire and we are in it and you cannot get out. I guess we just die and he said we'll I'm sorry". This thing driving down the highway going 65mph and the collision light goes off and stops the vehicle when nothing was even around us. They have cursed me, yelled at me and treated us so bad. We have bought every vehicle from them, but will never buy another car from them. Sad thing is no one would step up to make this right. Si if your reading this, my recommendation is to keep shopping anywhere but here because I can remember the first Dave Sinclair that said and I quote," If it not right then bring it back and we will make it right"

Had my wifes car towed in with a bad transmission. The advisor Dani Williams got it in the shop the next day to get checked out and called me right away to inform me that it was indeed the transmission that was bad and would order one and get it in as soon as possible! She was the best! Very knowledgeable and professional the whole time! When it was finished she had the car delivered to my house repaired and with a fresh car wash ! Make sure you ask for Dani in service, you won't be disappointed!

My car was repaired at Dave Sinclair Ford Collision after an accident. Upon completion I was told my car needed another several thousand dollars of work that would not be submitted to insurance. I found this to be suspicious so I got a second opinion from a trusted friend who is an auto mechanic. He said this work was unnecessary and told me not to replace the part. He also pointed out that the dealership put used parts in my car for repair. Also, the dealership did not repair two of my sensors that were damaged in the accident even though i pointed out the error message of the sensors to them when i dropped the vehicle off. My glove compartment fell out completely once I got my car back home. This was working fine when I dropped the car off. The experience with this dealership was frustrating and disappointing. I have little faith in their abilities or integrity.
