Horrible customer service. Waited about 45 mins for a salesperson, Noone ever came to help out. Tried requesting vehicle information online, as in person obviously isn't there thing. Not one phone call, looked online a few days after stopping by and trying to contact online. Vehicle sold...

Pushing services not required by Ford

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.
