Look and viewed cars with Lonny, he was quick to respond and gave input and ideas. Was friendly and did not pressure during the shopping process, very pleasurable shopping experiences.

This dealership is awesome! Auto Plaza Ford is one of the best establishments that I've dealt with in a long time. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the salesman that helped me! He was very nice, polite and down to earth. I never felt hassled, pressured or rushed by my salesman. I went to Auto Plaza Ford because I was referred to them by several people that I know. I went there to look for a 'newer' used car that fit my budget and drove out of there in a brand, spankin' new RED car!!! I didn't think I could afford a new car but there was one I had my eye on and my salesman and the store and finance managers got her done! My payment is not much higher than it would've been on a used car. I would recommend everybody I know to go to Auto Plaza Ford if they were looking to buy a vehicle. The best business in Fredericktown, by far!!!!! I am a verrrry satisfied customer!
