I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change
I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed a call from the service department and called back. I was told the individual handling my car was on the phone and would call me back. Several hours later I call again and am asked where did I park it, what color and am I sure I dropped it off last night. He was going to look into it and call me back. No phone call back so I go to the service department to find out what is going on. I am told it was done several hours ago but no phone to let me know. I will not use this sevice department again due to the poor customer service.

They have really great prices listed on Cars.
They have really great prices listed on Cars.com and on their website. Went in to test drive 3 used cars. One of the cars was on empty (annoying but not the end of the world), didn't fill it up. Just had me test drive on empty. Decided to buy a car and when we got to the price they added $3000 in fees and warranties. I said I didn't want a warranty and they said the only way they would sell me the car is if I bought the warranty. The car still had the manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty so why would I buy another warranty? AND they wanted me to pay $400 more than the original sticker price of the car! I don't know if they think I'm stupid but on what planet would I pay more than the car cost brand new? Very stereotypical sleazy carsalesman tactics. They are upset that I'm not financing with them but there is no way they can beat the rate my bank is giving me. They've followed up with texts to ask if I'm still interested but when I respond that I'm not willing to buy the warranty they don't reply. I'm not interested in giving my business to people who waste my entire lunch hour trying to sell me a car for $3000 more than it was advertised.
