STAY FAR AWAY

I should of read the reviews prior to buying and i would of stayed far away. As others say, you get the typical, lying, car salesman lines and bs. I live 11 hours away, and called about a truck they had. I talked to Jon and asked for a video walk around of the truck. I asked him several times to look over it very well, and to let me know if there were ANY scratches or anything, not that it would keep me from buying it, but just so I knew what to expect before making the drive to pick it up. He assured me several times that the truck was in immaculate condition. When we discussed delivery, I was quoted roughly $575 by the “GM” who is also incompetent apparently, then two days later, was told it was almost $800 and said “they can’t control prices.” Fine, so I agreed to meet half way. I flew to a small regional airport that had absolutely nothing else in the town, once I seen the truck, noticed it was scratched up from front to back, top to bottom. It looked like their lot boy stuck the wash brush in a mud puddle then directly on my truck. Wasn’t detailed, and still had the previous owners mud caked up in every single part and tube of the under body. When I told him about this, all he said was “it’s a used car, what do you expect. If you don’t want it, I’ll have them bring it back.” Knowing the xxxx id have to go through to even get home. The only good experience I had with this dealership was the finance manager. He was awesome to work with, and a genuine good person. Unlike everyone else there. Terrible management, terrible sales guy, if that’s what you want to call him, and complete bold face liars through and through. I would not recommend spending a dime in their vending machine. All I asked for was honesty, and you won’t get it at this dealership. You’re not a customer, you’re a sale. If you do go here, stay far away from Jon, and DO NOT buy a vehicle without looking over it very well.
Disappointing experience

I contacted the dealership through cars.com. and received a call the next day. I was very interested in buying a new truck they had. The salesman took days to get back to me about the purchase. He then said he would give me a quote and email it to me. Many days later I get an email advertisement from them and still no quote or even a call back from the salesman. I guess they are in no need to sell vehicles. Very disappointing

We purchased a used Yukon Denali from Lisa and I have to say, it was the most fun I've had buying a car ever! She was fantastic to work with!! She even had her driver bring it 80 miles just so we could look at it and then had the same driver (which was also great) deliver it to us the next day! Ive never experienced a dealership like this! Thank you Lisa!!
