Wife was stranded when her water pump went out and her
Wife was stranded when her water pump went out and her vehicle was towed to this dealership. It was towed on a Saturday and they did not even begin working on it until Thursday, even though she was from out of state and stuck there on her own for five days. I understand there are regular customers that are scheduled before an out of town drop in. However,there are exceptions and common courtesy that should come into play. Evidently, that is not the case with this dealership. Calls to the general manager to try and get some assistance were shielded and a return call from him was never received. Then to top it off, when the car was finally returned after they had test driven it, my wife pointed out to them that something was hanging from the bottom of the car. They returned it to the shop and brought it back to her a few minutes later with some type of shield in the back that they said had probably been damaged by the tow truck. (Keep in mind that the vehicle was driven up on the truck and driven off at the dealership not towed behind) They then told my wife that all she needed to do was get some bolts and put it back on! I have a question. If this was your wife, your mother, or your daughter, how would you like for them to be treated? Your customer service is pathetic! We took the vehicle into our local dealership and they put the cover back on in just a few minutes. They could only shake their head that you had not bothered to just bolt it back on. Once again, you need to learn something about customer service and your general manager needs to come out from behind his shield and actually hear from people. I think if he would then something like this would never happen. I wish I could give you zero stars but one is as low as the rating goes!

Today was my first experience with Premier Ford.
Today was my first experience with Premier Ford. I purchased my Ranger new from Henderson Ford and was always please with Henderson's Service Department. Today I called for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. "Stephanie" scheduled it for 2:00 p.m. . I received a call from her later unilaterally cancelling my appointment. Thus far POOR SERVICE. Roy J. Perilloux
