Wouldn't trust this company ever again. Was in process of purchasing used vehicle for My wife for Christmas. worked with Internet sales rep for 2 days talked with Him 7 times on Friday and was assured everything was in order just waiting on money transfer but then failed to tell me had sold the vehicle without any warning to me. besides an email 5 days before Christmas. As if 2020 could get any worse. Thanks for nothing

I went there for a trade because of the slogan that was something like, "We will give you more for your trade, even if you don't buy with us. Doesn't it make sense to buy from them and sell to us?". FYI its BS. They quoted me about 2-3k lower for my F150 on a trade than the other place did. They also said, "If you buy from us we can give you more". The complete opposite of their ads.
I have also been there for an oil change in my diesel. They told me previously that it would be $109 with tax, but that I would also get a military discount to make it even lower. My wife goes in to get the oil change about month later. She is told that it is $117 and there is no military discount. I am not a guy that goes looking for a military discount by any means, but when you are told something will be a certain price you expect it to be at least what you are told or at a minimum the pre-discount price.
I went in today to get my BCM upgraded because I had the fast flickering blinkers because of LED lights. They were initially unsure if they could fix it but another guy said that they MIGHT be able to do it. They quoted me $105 because they were unsure if it could be done. It took them literally less than 10 minutes from the time my truck was started to the time that it returned. All they had to do was hook up a 30 dollar OBD sensor with a 10 dollar ForScan app to get it updated. Still charged $112. I understand that you have to charge to get things done, but getting charged at what I estimate a full hour of work for 10 minutes and no parts is ridiculous.
I do not recommend this place. Drive across the river to the other dealership.
They were the best from start to finish. !!

They all took care of me!! From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove off the lot with a smile. They made it all happen as quickly as possible- having paper work ready etc as I had limited time. The salesman, David Donald was great as well as the sales manager . Cody Wagoner and the loan office, Kerry Brown. Highly recommend this dealer. Thank You for my stress free transaction.
