WORSE DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET

If I could give zero stars I would. Never experienced such poor attitudes and even acknowledging that I was in the room in both services areas. My vehicle was worked on multi times and never fixed and they love to damage your new vehicles and lie about them working on it for days when you have the app and see your vehicle hasn't moved. Not to mention they won't contact you or call you back. My father works for the state and he had the same issues with company vans.

The absolute WORST car dealership on the planet

I ordered a new truck and waited patiently for eleven months, only to find out Courtesy Ford had made a clerical error when entering the order. They refused to make any effort at all to make things right, even after I found a suitable alternate at another dealership. At one point they even tried to blame me for miscommunicating the specifications, despite stacks of emails and print-outs that showed my directions were crystal clear. When I demanded they refund my deposit, the cashier had the nerve to call me rude simply because I told her I had no clue what credit card I originally used for the deposit ELEVEN MONTHS ago. I had a credit card in my hand and demanded my money back, but she insisted she didn't know who I was even though the salesman had literally brought me over to her desk for the express purpose of processing the refund. They drove me to a complete breakdown and I was crying unconsolably right there at the cashier counter. And, still, not even a single apology for what they had put me through. ELEVEN MONTHS. I honestly don't know how these people look at themselves in the mirror at night.

Terrible don't do business there

I brought my explorer in to have front axles change told them I ordered the parts with them and that there was a vibration in the front only accelerating. I let them know if it was under 1300 fix it if they found anything and would be over 1300 let me know so I could secure funds for it. Next call hey your explorer is ready.take it home it stays parked for a few days full tank of fuel. Me and my family load up in the early am for our trip to Tennessee. First stop for fuel and restroom break. Getting back on interstate grinding noise in front, seems like transmission is slipping, and yep vibration on acceleration. So back home I call them bring it back for them to look at as I am wondering what they did. (1 chance to make it right) unhappy customer call explorer ready what's wrong with is my reply their answer nothing we did sounds like a pto. So I ask well how much is that going to be their answer we didn't check to see if that's what is causing the issue just made sure the axles was right. I then frustrated say well there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it except for the boot on the passenger side was busted very rudely he replied well there must have been something wrong with it if you bought it in for repair. So I ask myself why didn't they check it. (2nd time to make it right) call and talk to gm he was very nice but still no resolve. Now my vehicle is at a different dealership for repair. Was a mistake bringing it to them. Don't do business there I would not recommend them to even wash your vehicle. Poor and unreliable. No care for customer. Will never bring a vehicle to them again
