Follow up to previous review. We were able to work out the finance issue with them and now I’m able to give them the review they deserve. The buying process was amazing with Jenna! I would recommend her completely!

My husband's Mustang had a recall on the airbag, so we contacted Courtesy Ford to see if they could put in the new parts. BIG mistake. When we first called, the woman who answered told us that they could do the recall replacement, but we would first have to drive to their facility (20 minutes from our house) and fill out paperwork regarding the model of car so they knew what part to order. She said it would take 2-4 days to get the part in, and then we could bring the car by anytime to get the airbag replaced.
So, the next day we went by to fill out the 'paperwork'. When we got there, they said there was no paperwork to fill out, but we would have to come the next morning (it was about 3 P.M.) so they had time to work on it before closing. We gladly obliged, simply wanting to get this dangerous issue handled immediately.
Again on the next day, we drove out there, only to have them tell us they had a policy that all recalls must be done between 7-7:15 A.M. (which was the first time anyone had mentioned this 'policy' to us), and they had ZERO availability this week, and we would have to come back in a week (three days before Christmas)!
So now we have wasted 80 minutes of time and gas, because this place of business obviously does not have knowledgeable or helpful employees, nor do they effectively communicate to their customers. I guess because we weren't spending money there (as it was a recall), we were their lowest priority. Hopefully no one hits our car while driving and causes us to be injured by the recalled airbags they could not replace, due to their disorganization and complete lack of effective communication within AND outside of the business.

I had a good experience . Friendly and helpful staff. They stayed 2 hours late to make the deal for us.
