The buying experience went just fine got exactly what was looking for our salesman Brad Erickson was very good. Didn't have any issue within the first month but about month and half later noticed oil pressure gauge was low so upon checking oil noticed was 1/8 qt low was still not due for oil change at the time but just topped off and changed oil weekend after with mobile 1 and wix filter. Noticed AGAIN about 1k miles to oil change was 1/8 qt low again, topped it off. We took the truck for a 1hr and 40min drive and was still not due for an oil change we got there and next day drove back I noticed Guage was lower than usual I check it and it's over a whole qt low (which is Fords repair request TSB 19-2365 for reprogram and replace dipstick common issue). The mechanic over phone said it's common for the trucks to burn oil, so I am being told a truck with now 51k miles is expected to burn oil?? Makes zero sense. Regardless they agree to look at it and do the repair and do the open recall as well for rear view camera reprogramming so I setup the app for 10:30am. I drive the just over an hr away to have it serviced at the dealership i purchased from and had no issues with, upon dropping the truck off I'm told we'll be kept up to date and called when it's done in 4 to 5 hrs. Obviously not going to sit there for half the day we drove separate vehicle down as we had to pickup our kids at 2:30 in cloquet. We call 6 hours later and the girl on the phone in service sais the trucks not even been touched as the only "recall authorized mechanic" was pulled to help with a transmission and the truck won't be looked at until tomorrow. So now a 4 to 5 hr app is expected to be turned into a day and a half and she has an attitude about informing us of this. I just say we're going to pickup the truck and leave as we just wasted our entire day waiting around to never be informed this was going to be delayed an entire day on top of the $80 dollars alone spent on gas and stress over working around our childcare pickup schedule. I go there to pickup the truck and she points me to the apposite direction of where the truck actual was parked and I open the door and someone thought they were funny adjusting the seat all the way forward into the steering wheel with greasy handprints on the steering wheel. Common sense would probably just hookup the truck to reprogramm for the open recall and assist others with their task and at least have done that and say hey didn't have time to look into the other issue but at least the safety issue with the open recall is resolved or at the very least be apologetic for the MAJOR inconvenience caused on myself and my wifes day waiting around all day for them to not even tell us they were going to keep our truck overnight like when we're you going to tell us at the very end of YOUR day so we would be S.O.L.. Thank you very much for selling us a $40k dollar oil burning pile of junk that is currently having safety issues with a recall you failed to even look at and then having an attitude and rude with us for you failing to even simply communicate. I'd like to wish nobody else has issues like ours but the service department is an entirely complete joke and extremely unprofessional. Thank you Anderson and Koch for selling us our almost 40,000 dollar 2021 OIL BURNER!
