The General Manager Mike Iverson acted like a supreme
The General Manager Mike Iverson acted like a supreme narcissist and was completely unprofessional towards me. He yelled at me, told me to "shut up!" because he was talking. He tried to corner me in back of the service garage alone to intimidate me. Changed the price of the vehicle saying it was a mistake on the on-line webpage. Just the worst human I have ever met.....and he is the face of Dondelinger and Ford?

Been waiting almost two months to get car fixed, first time the mechanic didn’t get it right on what was wrong with it, had to order another part he thinks is correct and now waiting another 3 weeks to get part put in, very bad service and communication
