been going to tennvorde st cloud since 1999 for several new vehicles and all service but it went downhill there so bad that we tried holt cokato since 2020 or so, met up with josh artman and have never been happier, service has been top notch and josh artman is very professional and knows his fords better than most. anybody looking for service or vehicles i point them to holt ford cokato.

After looking for the right truck for months and getting very bad customer service from many other dealerships, (most took days to reply or simply didn't reply) a new posting for the truck I was looking for was on the Holt Motors site. I immediately contact them and to my surprise, Sarah replied with in minutes and completely changed by bad ford dealership experience. Sarah took care of every question. Even though the truck was just brought in the night before, Sarah ran right outside and got me all the pictures I requested. I live 2 hours from the dealership and Sarah waited and held the truck for me to come for a test drive. When I got to there, the truck was ready and Sarah was out to meet me in minutes. I lover the truck and everything that was done to accommodate me. We made a deal and told Sarah that I would not be able to come back to get the truck for over a week maybe 2 and even though, they don't like to keep them more than a week, Sarah understood my work and took care of me. The best truck buying experience in my life, and I am about to retire and was losing hope on finding the right truck. I will recommend Holt Motors to anyone needing a vehicle. Can't say enough, everyone was great. When I picked the truck up, it was sitting in the showroom ready for me. Thank you, Sarah, and all at Holt Motors
