The First Gentleman I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I called back to purchase the vehicle and Spock to salesman Joe Cirabisi everything was cool. I had my credit union email him I sent over full coverage insurance on the vehicle paperwork signed all I had to do was pick up the check. I didn’t speak to Joe one day the next day I called to let him know that I would be there in the a.m. Joe informed me that the vehicle was sold and that my bank would take the check back . Not only having the vehicle sold but you actually had them to ride off the lot with the vehicle fully insured in my name unbelievable and very unprofessional. I was highly disappointed and never had or heard of any dealership doing something like that before. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to no one I give my experience 2 thumbs down and would not ever deal with them again.

I was made to feel that my business is unwanted. I was hung up on.

Mobile service was outstanding. Friendly, competent and solved problem efficiently.!Minor confusion on work order, not at allthe fault of mobile technician
