Stay far away from this dealer. They are very unethical. Tim O’Connor the GM is very shady. Been having issue with a purchase. Asked for the inspection they completed and found 5 things they passed and when I had done failed. Tires they said were 3/32. Only 1 tire. Other 3 failed safety inspections and was under the 2/32. He did replace with cheap non oem ones. The front brakes. Pads they tested 75%. Cadillac tested 19% and under the safety and recommend replacing asap. Along with rotators. Front end is pulling. Had to get an alignment. Found needs new control arm. Now the engine light is on. Emissions error. Which they said tested and passed. Now car is in the shop. Been dealing with this for 2 weeks. Issue after issue. When I reach out. Tim really said in email they rushed the inspection to make the delivery. So they compromised safety to make a sale. They also passed the spare tire thread. Funny bc the spare is missing not in car. How can you pass it when not there. Also passenger side speaker is blown! Wow. When reached out to another manger was just blown off. Tim said what to expect the car is from an auction. Stay away. They don’t value customers or their safety. Stay away. They are very unethical and don’t care about the safety of their vehicles Stay far away from they keep deleting my reviews. TIM O’Connor is a fraud
