Do Not Trust Babb Ford Service Department
My 2013 Ford Fusion was in need of a new engine in June 2017 and due to a recall Babb Ford put in a new engine free of charge. We were extremely happy with how smooth the entire process went. Fast forward to June 2021 and my car showed the same overheating issues as before. We took it to our usual mechanic and they said it needed a new head gasket. We took it to Babb since the engine was only 4 years old, but they told us they found zero issues. The service manager Jamie Wilson assured me he didn't believe it was actually overheating at all. My car was in and out of their service department for 2 months and every time I was given the same speech. "I don't know why your car keeps telling you it's overheating, it's not overheating." We decided to take it to Johnson Automotive who confirmed what our first mechanic said, that the head gasket is bad and the engine block is cracked. It will need another new engine! The warranty ended last year and there is nothing Ford can do for me. What I'm wondering is why Jamie at Babb lied to me for 2 months. The 1.6l engine has known overheating issues as well has been reported to catch fire, yet the Babb Ford service department thought it was fine to have me and my two young children continue to drive it. The sad part is, had they been honest with me from the start I 100% would have bought a new fusion (with a better engine) from them. We went into this experience trusting them completely and for no reason, they put my family in danger. I do not recommend doing business with them and I'm still waiting for an apology and an explanation.

Great Experience!
We were looking for a car for our son to drive to college. We saw what they had on line. We found what we were looking for at a good price. They were easy to work with. Very nice staff. I would definitely buy another car from there. They were worth the drive.
