My overall experience with Fox Ford Mazda was decent.
My overall experience with Fox Ford Mazda was decent. A couple things to note, Pete did a great job with the sale. I only have 2 complaints. First, Whoever removed the window sticker on the driver's side rear door, damaged the tint on the widow. I've been quoted 100-150 dollars to fix. Second, When we were close to sealing the deal, I asked if it was possible to do E-signatures online for the paperwork, instead of waiting for FedEx. At first, I was told yes. So I went ahead and made arrangements to have a third party pick up the vehicle. Later that day, I was informed that the manager wanted paperwork sent via FedEx and would not release the car until they received the signed paperwork from FedEx. At that point, the third-party had already rented a trailer and was about to head to the dealership, but since they wouldn't release the car on time due to the paperwork fiasco, I had to cancel the pick-up and had to pay for the trailer that was rented. Then I had to reschedule the pick-up, and the third party had to rent another trailer. That ended up costing me 250 dollars for cancelling and rescheduling. I wasn't happy about that, no offer to reimburse any money for the damage or the trailer rental. Overall, its a nice car.

Sales rep great ,company policy poor very poor. Had appointment for 530pm as we arrived at 520 we watched the car leave the lot someone else bought the car whilewr were on our way

We had a great experience purchasing a used car through this dealership. Pete went through all of the special features of the vehicle and how to use them, got us an extra key, which from previous experience at other dealerships, just won't happen. Very nice place, received my car in excellent condition, clean and a full tank of gas. Highly recommend, nice job, Pete!
