Our entire experience with Cole Ford was amazing. Our salesperson, Sam, was exceptional! Every single person we encountered at the dealership was helpful and so pleasant. We traveled 3+ hours to get our Mach e from here and would do it again!

The staff were very courteous. I had bought my Escape three days previous. This is my third Escape. When I went to start the vehicle with the app, or would state it was in power saving mode. After replacing the battery, the issue is resolved.
