Have now bought two trucks from here.
Have now bought two trucks from here. Had a check engine light on the first one within a week of owning it. The second one has already had to have a new transmission put in at the 55,000 mile mark, not due to my driving I drive trucks every day at my job. On a 5 year contract in which the truck will never survive that long and most likely no way out

Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 here. Ignore their $2,000 personal check “policy”. They’ll waive it. They do not inspect their vehicles. Will slap an inspection sticker on anything. Ended up being sold the truck with a dead battery, 3 engine codes, broken tailgate, and a bent axle. Was told “we missed a couple things” by multiple people. If I had no mechanical experience these issues would’ve never been found. Service could not find bent axle and I was laughed at. I had to show them myself in the shop. Service had truck 2 times totaling a whole month. They repaired truck for no cost but they told me that was a “favor”. Will (sales manager) and Damon (general manager) are disrespectful, rude and won’t take responsibility. 24 Ford deserves negative stars.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. Was interested in a Transit van. Recieved the window sticker and link to their website ad for the van from Kaleigh. At that time I was told they had not recieved it wet, but it was "en-route" to them. Two days later I text her back asking if she had an update and was told they recieved it yesterday. So I left work early to get there before they closed to take a look at it. Turns out it wasn't there yet. Also they charge $2,000 over sticker, which wasn't advertised anywhere in the information they had sent me prior to arriving.
