My Wife and I would like to say thank you to Edward Cushing, he was very helpful and informative. We felt that he took his time to answer all our questions needed to make our decision on purchasing a car with Imperial Ford. Even after purchasing the car and leaving. Whenever we had a question or concern he got right back with us and help solve our problem. Our experience in the past with car dealerships is as soon as you buy the car you can never get a hold of the salesman, never mind have them get right back to you like Ed did for us. I called to schedule an appointment for a brake noise. I spoke to Donny and he said to me to bring my edge in when I can. When dealing with brakes may be a safety issue.he had the vehicle in the shop and found that the front brakes were worn and needed replacement. thank you Donny and the service team for the prompt service.
