Purchased a used car from Rodman in September.
Purchased a used car from Rodman in September. There was only one FOB for the car and the driver side mirror was cracked which they said they would replace at no cost. After trading phone calls and text messages for the last two months I have not heard from them and was last told "Part has been ordered and will call you when in comes in this week". Which was over a month ago.

Overall buying experience was quite trouble free. Sales person Justin Surtel was one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with. Truck needed a few items that they quickly sent to me. Yes I would recommend Rodman Ford, ask for Justin.
