Here’s an idea. When you allow customers to schedule appointments online for a Saturday, you should tell customers that only oil changes and such are done on Saturdays. My husband and I just wasted an hour driving to Koons Ford for service that couldn’t be completed. What a complete, useless system.

Unfortunately they were very dishonest.
Unfortunately they were very dishonest. We purchased an expedition that had major problems, took it back and was sold another expedition and paid about $7k more. Now that one has major problems and apparently has had major bodywork done and was repainted (poorly). After owning it a few days I washed it and paint began peeling off. It’s a 2023 with under 50k miles. I paid over $50k for it. I contacted them several days ago and have yet to hear a solution. Do not purchase a car here.

I was treated very dishonestly.
I was treated very dishonestly. They knew that I was a military member, and they still are continuing to try to take advantage of me and mistreat me. I will make sure that I let everyone know that they do not respect our military members or their families.
