Come for cars, disrespect, and sarcasm. Blake, Pet, and Heather ignored my requests. My business not important to them, to the point if disrespect. Maybe your experience will be different.

If I could give them a negative review I would. They've called week after week, month after month, even after my car search is long over. I've let everyone I know never to shop at Bob Davidson. There's nothing worse than a stalkerish salesperson.
Disappointed repeat customer.

Three years ago I purchased an Escape Titanium. It was time to retire my 2005 Ford Focus which had been serviced exclusively at Bob Davidson since 2014. After dealing with various dealers, I found Bob Davidson a great experience with both Price and the buying experience. Bob Davidson is also my place for service on my Escape, even New Tires. When it was time to buy a car for my fiancee we were shopping Hybrids that she wanted. She was leaning toward Toyota and drove the Rav, Prius and Camry hybrids plus Honda Incite but she did not like them. I encouraged her to give the Fusion Hybrid a try and suggested Bob Davidson based on my experience. I did true car and Bob Davidson sent prices through email via Truecar. I made an appointment the day before coming in to see the quoted car with the salesman who sold me my escape three years prior. I was anticipating a great experience for my fiancee because I knew how good Bob Davidson team had been to me. When we showed up at the appointed time, our salesman was with another customer and we were passed to another salesman. The new salesman was not prepared but tried to come up to speed quickly. After 20 to 30 minutes he was able to find our information on the car (Fusion Hybrid). The car was not ready and in fact would not start so the guy showed us an equivalent one. that took another 40 minutes, so over an hour wait just to sit in a car they new I was coming to see the day before with an appointment. My fiancee loved the car and we asked for the quote hoping it would be an experience like my Escape. The price the team floated was borderline insulting. It was $1,400 over the true car price I got through email and $5,600 more than what I paid for the same SE Hybrid at another dealer. And that was the other dealers first price right out of the gate before even walking in the door. and they had the car ready out front. Not game, not dealing, just giving what they offered online. Not only was I extremely disappointed by the the bob Davidson experience, I was embarrassed in front my fiancee for having said so many good things about Bob Davidson and then having that experience.
I was surprised at the vastly different experience from 3 years ago. And it was a pain to have to drive across town to get the car, especially since I thought i had a relationship with the sales and service team there.
They lost my business for sales and I am rethinking service to give the new guy a try even though its on the other end of town.
