they couldn't find anything wrong with our suv even though it was decelerating and shutting off. they advised us to take it to another dealer if we weren't happy with them. they are only interested in the easy and expensive repairs - not customer service.

I had a great buying experience with Leonardtown Ford. I shopped at every Ford dealer in Southern Maryland and Leonardtown Ford was the only dealer I felt relaxed and under no pressure. All the other local Ford dealers treated me like a pawn in their great kingdom. Playing all those silly sales games which only irritate me. I feel Bryan gave me a good deal and most importantly their was no smoke and mirrors and confusing numbers when it came time to pay. I actually paid less than the negotiated price. I hope Bryan and his sales staff treat you as well as they treated me.
