Lanham Kia Service Center is HORRIBLE and RECKLESS! No one takes accountability and put the liability on the customer. Got an oil change in February 2025 in April 2025 oil was leaking from my car and the engine seized know I need a new engine for a 2024 vehicle that I PURCHASED at this dealership in 9/2024. Service manager asked that I file an insurance claim because my car was vandalized and someone removed the plug!!! DO NOT PURCHASE or TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They are refusing to take accountability for the incident. Lanham Kia admit that the mechanic did not SECURE THE OIL PLUG!!!
