My experience was incredible there, Luis was really helpful, incredible customer service skills and very kind. All the process was really easy. Also Luis was very patience in the process of looking for my car.

Dealing with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. I wished we would've checked the reviews on multiple sites. I own a Ford SUV, this is our 3rd Ford purchase. We purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion for our son on August 12th. He was so excited. A nice car to get him back and forth to college and his first job. 2 weeks later, the car malfunctions, sensors coming on, the lights go out while we're driving home from campus AT NIGHT! We call the dealership, since we reside in VA, they instruct us to take the car to their counterpart in Manassas. We get the car back from them but return it the next day because there's still and issue. We return the car, they advise that we contact Gaithersburg and have them retrieve the car for service because their technicians can't address the problem. We contact Gaithersburg, they tell us they'll take care of it. 10 days later, we haven't heard anything from Gaithersburg. Our vehicle, that we just purchased August 12th, has been at the dealership since August 31st! 6 days shy of a month, $400 and counting for Uber, car payment due for a car we physically had possession of for only 15 days from the date of purchase. We have made multiple calls to the service manager at Gaithersburg for the past 12 days and have not received one call back. We call and request to speak to someone else but we're transferred again to the same manager who's not returning our calls. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and negligent. If you value your time and money, avoid this dealership. We were pre-approved through our credit union, unfortunately this dealership was listed on their website as a recommended, "approved" dealer. Hopefully this will change after I speak to them so this doesn't happen to any more of their valued customers.
