As usual, I requested an service appointment on very short notice. Again, as usual, Tara and Destiny made it happen! Although I live in another county, I always bring my vehicles here for service.

Hertrick Ford is by four the worst dealership I have ever
Hertrick Ford is by four the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many in my 58 years. I took my car to him. It had a dead mess. They diagnosed the computer and the O2 sensor and those two things cost me $2650 well four months later the car is doing the exact same thing it was before I paid him the $2650 to fix it. I take it back to them. They said they will look at it But I have to sign an agreement saying I will pay 200 and some dollars for diagnostic after paying them $2600 and after this stuff not even lasted me six months, my advice would be to anybody to use any other dealership in the area. These are by far the Worst service Dept I have ever dealt with they lie to you and they do not stand by their work
