Do not use this dealership. Had it taken here for a alternator replacement. Jerry was unable to contact my warranty company and every time i called for an update. Jerry would tell me that number didnt work and ask for a new one. I called once a day for a few days around 1pm. Each time jerry told me that the number i have him didnt work and that i needed to give him a new one. Eventually i spoke with the service manager and explained the situation. He heard me out but was unable to explain jerrys behavior. He had the general manager call me and i explained the situation again. At this point i have the dealership i bought my car from and had initially taken it to involved and they sorted out the situation. I was told from the dealership i bought this car from that the service manager told them that i was cussing at him and calling him all sorts of names when i didnt. The next day my car was supposed to be worked on and finished. Warranty approved the work. The part would be in the next day. The next day i call at 1pm asking for the GM. Apparently he was unable to speak with me, i left a message. No call back over 5 hours later. I called and asked for someone in service around 2pm, they told me they needed payment from the warranty company before i could come pick up my vehicle. Spoke with the initial dealership again. They got everything worked out. Went and got my car with no issues after that point. Still would never come to this ford dealer again.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I was lied to multiple times after driving 14 hours round trip to buy a $125,000 truck took them 29 days to get me the registration that I was promised I would have it within a week of purchase and they kept making excuses and trying to blame Ford financing or the third party registration service. I was unable to drive my vehicle for 3 weeks and now it is at a local dealer to me being fixed because there is a ton of stuff wrong with it. The expressed my concern about all the issues and the GM told me that is between me and Ford. I would stay away from this place.
