I was disappointed in the time it took the service
I was disappointed in the time it took the service department to figure out what was going on with my Lincoln Navigator. I felt that having my vehicle for over a week was unnecessary and unacceptable. For the answers I received from the service writer my vehicle should have been completed in less than 2-3 days max. They test drove the vehicle and heard no noises from the wind, they reset the computer systems and checked the two key fobs. The two key fobs still don't work properly. I've dealt with this dealership years ago and loved it and referred many people to use this dealership. Unfortunately, the dealership has not maintained my respect and admiration currently. Things have changed and not for the betterment of this dealership. The communication from the service department was extremely absent. No responses from the phone messages that were left.
