Scheduled an appointment for a recall for my 2025 ford
Scheduled an appointment for a recall for my 2025 ford explorer SUV. Dropped off the vehicle at 6:30am day of service appointment. Returned at 3:00pm and service advisor told me my vehicle had not been serviced. This is unacceptable!! Service manager apologized and really had no reason why my vehicle had not been checked within the 4 hours I was told at appointment.
