Becky the Service Manager is outstanding!
Becky the Service Manager is outstanding! She got me a courtesy shuttle, offered coffee, texted me updates and responded fast, my car had 4 new tires mounted, balanced, new purge valve same day. Mechanics were great, shuttle driver was very nice. Outstanding place!

I have been coming to this dealership for 12 years now.
I have been coming to this dealership for 12 years now. It originally was a Mazda dealership (I have a Mazda 3), but is now a Ford dealership. Even though I do not have a Ford vehicle, I am still treated very well and my vehicle is worked on in a very professional manner. In my last two visits for service, my service advisor was Andrew McKenzie. Andrew was very trustworthy and transparent in explaining the repairs needed on my vehicle. He found rebates and discounts for me to try to minimize my expenses. It is difficult to find trustworthy and dependable service these days, so shout out to Andrew and Ira Ford. Keep up the great work!
