Awesome Service Dept Team! Thanks Paul, Quintin, Paul, Trampus, Dominic and Kaitlin for the valet service to pick up and drop off my Lincoln, keeping me updated on what is being done and the inspection and maintenance upkeep! I work from home so I am appreciative of this great attention and service while never having to leave the comfort of my home. Nearly impossible to get anyone to the parts counter.
Nearly impossible to get anyone to the parts counter. When asked if any other dealers were in the area the service counter directed me to Bay St. Louis or Hammond. Shortly later when I went to leave to go to Banner Ford, I told the employee at the service counter and he was snarky and nodded his head. I told him it was xxxxxxxx he didn't even care. Another employee recommended I don't come back any more. I won't! I Haven't been back in a while because the parts counter is always uninvolved. Banner Ford treats all customers with respect and urgency! Headed to Banner now and for every future need! Sad Supreme is 5 minutes away. The 40 minute trip to Banner is worth it!

Dealership was great to deal with Santa Cruz. The finance manager took his time to make sure to make sure we understood all the paperwork and also inform me I had a warranty rebate from my previous truck. We were very satisfied with supreme ford highly recommend.
