I’m not a fan of the computerization of cars but today when our new Ford Explorer had problems, the staff took care of everything much quicker than I thought could happen. A special shout out to Theresa Latiolais, who sold us the car earlier this year, taking time from her busy day and helping the process along for us.

I purchased a car awhile back and like 3 weeks after I had, the transmission went out. And hub city wanted to offer me $200 on a $1500 transmission job. So I had 2 bills. Car note and loan note. So I promise NEVER TO BUY FROM HUB CITY FORD AGAIN
