We came from Toledo Bend, La to buy at this dealership. We have been loyal customers for about 40 years with no complaints. We have bought many used vehicles from Oustalets. We bought a new Ford Escape last year. We had a problem,they went out of their way to get our Ford Escape repaired quickly. The employees were very understanding and efficient.
