4 stars. Ultimately, my vehicle underwent a recall repair and was satisfactorily repaired. However, communication was lacking as I had to initiate all contact regarding the status of my vehicle. Also, I was not offered a loaner despite being without my vehicle for over 7 weeks. Oh well, I guess all is well that ends well.
