I took my 2014 Ford Flex in for the recommended one hundred thousand mile service. I had made an appointment and the dealership got my car in the shop right on time. The personnel were very courteous, efficient, and informative. I waited for the car and the reception area was quiet, neat and comfortable. All the work took just over an hour and the entire process could not have gone better!
