10:15 appointment for recall work an hour later told work will take longer due to over booking been here 4 hours and work is still not done. Was told only 2hr job. Will find another dealership to work with and I will not recommend Don Franklins.

I like to believe most people are good and honorable, but I found neither at this dealership. It was a disappointing reminder of why I hadn’t purchased from a dealership in 8 years. The car I chose had a sticker price of $23,777. After taxes and “document fees,” the salesman presented me a written quote of $26,267—the higher end of my $28,000 budget, but still manageable. Confident in the purchase, I even went ahead and bought insurance for the car. That’s when the circus began. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and were kept waiting for hours. Not called back until 7:45 p.m., nearly an hour after closing, exhausted and ready to sign. And that’s exactly what they were banking on. When the finance manager finally slid the paperwork across the desk, my pen was literally on the page when I noticed the numbers. That $26,000 “deal”? Suddenly it had ballooned to over $30,000. No explanation. No disclosure. Just “sign here.” And why? Because they had quietly tacked on thousands in worthless warranties and add-ons I never asked for. Things no one bothered to explain—just slipped in, hoping I’d be too tired or too trusting to notice. The only comments I heard were, “oh, we have a warranty on it” and “we’ll throw in the gap on us!” Throw in? No—sneak in. When I called out this deceit, the manager insisted he’d given me a “great deal.” In what world does a $23,000 car magically becoming a $30,000 purchase qualify as a deal? To make matters worse, when I said no one told me the price increase, he brushed it off with, “I told you what the monthly payments would be.” As if anyone would assume a $26,000 quote somehow meant a $30,000 loan. This dealership didn’t just lose a sale—they proved exactly why people hate buying cars. If you value your money, your sanity, and your dignity, stay far, far away. Shame on you.

I took my 2021 Ford Eco sport to them because the engine

I took my 2021 Ford Eco sport to them because the engine experienced a catastrophic failure due to an open recall, they had the vehicle for a little over a week when I received it back they had left multiple bolts either loose or missing, several nuts were loose or missing and had broken my air intake box in several places and zip tied them up, I had taken the vehicle back twice to get these fixed, there is a horrible rattling noise coming from the vehicle, they are set to repair this on April 14th, After reading several reviews, this is par for the course, this has been a staggering testament to the top of Work that you receive from Dan Franklin in London, please do not go here
