Kate Faupel Ford

I have purchased many cars in my 50+ years. I have never left a negative review in my life. This place is so bad and slimy and crooked and even violent. The Sales Manager cusses like you wouldn’t believe. If I could get my hands of the video of the day I was there it would put this company out of business. Sad, because Kate is probably a good person. She has some bad apples on her team. I have sent her a personal message asking her to contact me. No response yet, but hopefully she will.

I have to say the folks at Kate Kaupel Ford down in Henderson Kentucky have the greatest customer service skills I have encountered in a long long time. I did a lot of my new Bronco stuff over the phone and lined it all up because it was a 2 hour drive. On our way there Jacob called ahead of us arriving and made sure I was coming and that the Bronco would be waiting on me to drive. Once that was over they flew through the paper work for the loan and had it not been for the services I bought to add to the Bronco we would have been back on the road home in less than 2 hours. They are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase.
