Terrible treatment at Service

I brought my Ford Edge SUV to with Don Franklin Ford Columbia Kentucky dealer at 25000 miles after making an appointment when suddenly engine light came on. After. After inspection I was told that part under warranty which is fuel vapor Sep needed to be replaced. Since they did not have the spare part to be changed and ordered I was asked to bring my car one week later.
Despite waiting more than two weeks call never came .So I called them back and asked the reason why I had not been called for part replacement. Service manager was not very friendly with me on the phone and told me that part did not arrive. I told him that I did not feel so secure with engine light on, so they should expedite the arrival. Suddenly service manager told me to bring the car 5 days later.
Finally l I brought the car at 9am appointment time but unknown reason they made to wait almost extra one hour .Of course I was frustrated since waiting without knowing the reason of delay decided to ask the reason. A few minutes later after my inquiries car taken into service and brought less than half an hour.
I was called to service desk to get my key the person at the desk asked me where I had bought my car. I told them that I bought it Ford Dealer in Cookeville TN so the girl told me that service manager wanted me not to bring my car there again if the car need service but bring it back where I had bought it.I was shocked .
I guess it was a Ford policy to bring your car for service where ever you bought it or is it a service managers rude attitude that he did not like me when I insisted to bring my car back to service after I had already waited extra week .But under no condition I deserved that insult and bad treatment from a ford car dealer whatever their reason was.
I will never replace my next car with another ford vehicle and will tell my friends if they are considering buying a ford car because of theirs dealers treatment their customer once you bought their car. This was very disappointing and upsetting experience for me and it was like a shock for me.
new truck purchase and service

I took a chance and drove 2.5 hours to purchase a new truck and I am glad I did! my salesperson (Ross Schambon) was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on my trade in. He helped me get the payment I needed and the truck I wanted, can't ask for more than that. I had such a great experience with my purchase that when I put a new bumper on I traveled there to get it done. Ross was right there to make sure it was done properly and I was treated fairly. The service dept. went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Ross and Don Franklin to everyone.
Incompetent Mechanics

Country dealership has no competition so why give acceptable service? Forty-five minutes each way to dealership, hour late starting after appointment, charged for service BUT PROBLEM REMAINS SAME AS BEFORE. Never use "technician" Cody Taylor - not qualified.
