Did not inform me that the Escape I bought was a return for mechanical/warranty problems. Told me the charging system had been checked. Just had to buy a new battery for a year old car. Stay away from them they are not a good dealership.

After goin to different dealerships in Wichita, to get a new vehicle for my daughter, we went to Rusty Eck Ford dealership, we immediately felt a different vibe about how we were treated! We met our amazing sales specialist Mario, well spoken and knowledgeable and ready to help us get into the right vehicle for her, and while she was test driving a couple of different vehicles, at least 5 or 6 gentelman stopped to see if I was being help and interested in my needs today, I told them all that Mario is taking care of us! Then a very knowledgeable man named Brian came out to get all of the ends and outs of what we needed to get into a vehicle, he went back and did some calculations on what would work for us! Then we're taking back to finance and another amazing man named Brian who helped us make the final financial decisions and my daughter drove out with a 2024 Bronco sport! I would like to say the wonderful experience of the amazing employees and the way we treated at Rusty Eck Ford, I guarentee I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Rusty Eck!!!
