Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. We bought a Lincoln that day and I couldn't be happier - thank you to the service department for detailing the car and a quick fix on the console for us. Appreciate you so much Sage!

Rydell pushes extended warranties that cover nothing. Fail to service after sale. Charged for everything that should have been covered by warranty, but the warranty was garbage.
