BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE!!
BEWARE - UNRELIABLE - DISRESPECTFUL - TIME WASTERS PLEASE READ ! WE WERE SEARCHING FOR 2 WEEKS UNTIL WE FINALLY FOUND AN INCOMING UNIT THAT WAS NOT RESERVED WE PRE-ORDERED A PREBUILT 2022 SILVER SIENNA LE AWD WITH A PRE-BUILT VIN NUMBER OF 5TDKSKFC4NS49A791. WE GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR AND WERE GIVEN AN ETA FOR "JAN 13 2022" WE PAID A $500 DOWNPAYMENT AND HAD AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $37,797 TO PAY ON DELIVERY. AS WE WERE ALL THE WAY DOWN IN FLORIDA WE BOOKED A SHIPPING COMPANY TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE AND DELIVER IT TO US. AFTER NOT GETTING CONTACTED BY ANYBODY IN THE FIRM ON THE ETA DATE WE REACHED OUT TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE ORIGINAL SALES PERSON MEAGAN WAS OFF AND WE LEFT AN VOICEMAIL ABOUT AN UPDATE OF THE VEHICLES ARRIVAL AND TO GET THE WIRING INSTRUCTIONS TO FINISH THE PAYMENT AND A NEW VIN NUMBER FOR THE SHIPPER. WE RECIEVED NO CALL WHATSOEVER BUT SUDDENLY GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY BANK THAT WE WERE REFUNDED OUR $500 CHARGE. WE WERE FURIOUS HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. WE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WE WERE TOLD THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER OF THE CALLS WE MADE AFTER THE PHONES BEING PUT DOWN AT US 1) THE VEHICLE TOOK LONGER TO ARRIVE SO THEY MADE A REFUND 2) THAT WE DIDNT GIVE THEM A PICTURE OF OUR CREDIT CARD 3) THAT A TOYOTA REP TOLD THEM THAT THEY SUSPECT FRAUD 4) THAT THEY SUSPECTED WE MAY EXPORT WE HIGHLY BELIEVE THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE CURRENT SHORTAGE AND MANAGED TO SECURE A NEW BUYER WITH A $5000 MARKET ADJUSTMENT FEE. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO MESSAGE US OR CALL US TO LET US KNOW THAT WE SHOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE AND THAT THEY COULDNT GO FORWARD. NADA! THEY CONTINOUSLY KEPT PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN AT US WE ARE A FAMILY WITH 6 KIDS. WE SOLD OUR VEHICLE LAST WEEK EXPECTING THE NEW VEHICLE. WE ARE NOW SERIOUSLY STUCK WITH LOCAL DEALERS ASKING FOR $12,000 MARKET ADJUSTMENT FEE FOR AN ORDER VEHICLE (3-6 MONTHS WAITING TIME) I HOPE THEY ALL ROTT IN xxxx AND MAY GOD TAKE REVENGE ON OUR BEHALF AND CAUSE THEM ATLEAST THE SAME PAIN HEADACHE AND TIME WASTING.
