Terrible!
Terrible! Received a mailer stating I had won $2000. Called to verify, was told yes, in fact I did win. Had someone take off work to get me there from out of town because i am partially disabled only to be told I did not win ANYTHING and was given a $5 gift card. Doesn't even cover gas. Then they laughed about it. Am needing a small pickup to haul items (to landfill, etc), so that I don't have to hire in done. Shameful. Doesn't help with building rapport or trust. Never again!

Salesman thinks it's out of line to expect trade-in value on your car when you're paying retail on a new one. Will not reasonably work with you. Priced higher than other dealers around. Shop someone else
