Everyone was absolutely awesome!
Everyone was absolutely awesome!! Nice, courteous and very helpful to my needs and wants. Brad, my salesman and Ryan, my loan officer are two of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met! I only had, and still have one issue. I was told I’d be getting a second key to my 2021 Toyota RAV 4 Limited. I had an appointment to get a key made, but I had to end up paying for the key myself, which wasn’t cheap. I feel ALL vehicles should come with two keys due to the possibility of one being lost. I was also told that they’d still work on getting me the second original key, which would give me three keys total, this would be nice and I hope they’ve found it and or is still working on it. Please contact me at (317) 213-3476 with any information about the second original key, as I’d like to have it as well. Other than the key issue, everyone was absolutely awesome in working with me and getting me in the vehicle that I wanted! Thank you very much! Sincerely, Robert J. Freeman

Joe Marcello has been my salesman for over twenty years.
Joe Marcello has been my salesman for over twenty years. I’ve bought at least 5 vehicles from him. He has always been honest and trustworthy to me. We picked out the venue because of the low mileage and the two and a half years of bumper to bumper warranty. I told the finance guy this but he ignored this. He added a warranty that cost 2999.00 dollars. He did not go over the this at signing and I saw it when I got home. The only thing he would do was to take it off the overall sales price. My payment did not change. I think his name was Dwain. I feel I was lied to and deceived. The car is great, I’m only angry with the finance part.
