York Ford's deceptive marketing practices have earned them this one-star rating. Beware, they are falsely advertising all of their used vehicle list prices $2,000 lower on cars.com than they are willing to sell them. That is bad faith marketing at its finest! York Ford makes it appear that their prices are great on cars.com, but in reality it's a bait and switch tactic. I worked with Harley and told her I saw the truck on cars.com, but she failed to mention that their actual price is $2k higher than what they advertise on cars.com. I discovered the issue when they sent me a purchase order and I pushed back on the $2k tacked on to the sales price. The dealership responded by sending me the link to their website and claiming that the cars.com list price includes a $2k minimum trade allowance. NOBODY does that on used vehicles. Needless to say, they refused to offer me an extra $2k for my trade! That is textbook false advertising since nobody looking to drop $33k on a used F150 is going need a $2k minimum trade allowance on their 1995 Chevy Astro Van daily driver. My advice, take your business somewhere that the culture isn't built around schmuck's looking to shake down the first simpleton they see.
