Mike the sales manager was an all and out jerk to us.
Mike the sales manager was an all and out jerk to us. He put the blame on us for chips in our windshield we knew weren't done in the 7 days we had ownership. So after numerous texts, phone calls, and pictures sent to our salesman John Petro and even bringing the car back to Terry's so they could view the chips in person. All in all was a complete waste of our time. We decided to have them filled by a professional glass company we trusted, Gerber Glass. After examining they said they couldn't do anything because they had been previously repaired by someone else. Of course I was livid and called Mike told him about it. He said the car was bought at auction and it was a used car so he didn't know what went on before they bought it. We aren't professional glass people. Then he told me Gerber Glass rips people off. Why wasn't this noted when Terry's does their complete car inspection before selling the cars? The chips are were there and noticeable. It could have saved us a lot of headaches and we wouldn't have to deal with your rude sale manager. Mike never would he admit he was wrong or any apologies were given to us. Terry what kind of people are representing you over at Terry's Ford in Peotone?

Terry's staff is professional, thorough and courteous every time my car needs servicing. I know my car is road-worthy and safe after they work on it. Christopher Resa and Randy Peterson made the experience easy and comfortable. Your ratings here only go to "Very Good". But Christopher and Randy deserve an "Excellent" rating.
