The worst service and biggest scam in Chicago. Took my truck in for a pre- collison control reset. They charged me 1k for diognosyss and anouther 2500 for xx work. Warranty paid half and the gave me the truck back still broken and said the couldn't figure it out because they didn't have the right software. But still scammed me out of $1400 and scammed the warrenty co. Out of $1400. When I aasked tosee the parrs they replaced they showed me a picture of a spark plug. Thats it. Don't go there they will screw you ith a fancy shop and a smile.

I had gone to Fox Ford for factory recall service &
I had gone to Fox Ford for factory recall service & received good service. It is now owned & operated by Murgado Ford of Chicago. Today, their service & communication were subzero. Their communication updates were sporadic, and even an inaccurate estimate of costs for possible "needed" repair. The total check-up for 60,000 miles was to take around 90 minutes and cost about $1,611 before taxes. I finally went to locate my "person" after waiting over FIVE HOURS, and the total cost was $1,874.52. I foolishly agreed to a couple of add-ons that totalled an additional $558.38. They NEVER said that they charge an additional 3.3% for paying with a credit card, but they would not have an additional charge if I paid with my debit card, or I presume, with cash.
