Vogler Motor Company Inc

I decided to give vogler another chance to sell me a car so I ended up buying a truck since my first try didn't work out. Carson who was the salesman got me through the process and I was able to get a decent price for my trade. After the paperwork was signed assuring I accepted the trade value price and all the figures were written out I told him I had to go to the bank and get a cashier's check then I'd be back, before I left I asked the salesman to make sure the service department checked all the fluids and check for any leaks and give it detail since it was a little dirty and take their time and not rush it. After I left I sent him a text saying hey don't forget to fill up the tank and he replied we'll take care of you. After a couple hours I received a message your truck is ready after going back I signed all the paperwork handed them the check shook hands and left. By that time it was getting dark but when I looked at the dash I noticed they never filled the tank but I did have about a half tank of gas. Next day I went out to put my personal belongings in the truck and it wasn't detailed I lifted the hood and the engine wasn't clean which is disappointing. By that not being done did the service department even check the fluids and change the oil? I'll never know until I check the dipstick. I thought a dealership would appreciate your business and make sure these things were done to make sure the customer is happy to receive a good rating experience and earn your business again or to recommend to people you know and send them to there and earn their business. I hope this truck lasts since it has low miles and seems taken care of so I won't have to buy another vehicle and go through this again.
