Overall have serious mixed feelings about my purchase. I dislike dealers to begin with because no dealer is honest, let's face it. Ultimately I got the vehicle I wanted but the 3 things that stand out about my experience were 1) I ended up with a vehicle that needs $1500 in repairs for maintenance items (a leaky shock and a rotor that need replacing) - which I was told by Kevin and his manager they'd pay a couple hundred to help with if I drove 6hrs back to Meridian and get it checked out AGAIN but wouldn't trust my local Chevy dealership citing Kendall had inspected it and it passed and the Chevy dealer was likely just looking to get money, 2) After all the paperwork was signed and the car washed I walked out to realize that the hood and front of the roof were heavily weathered, something I didn't see before because of the local dust and having been on the lot, and the rest of the car was pristine paint...which makes me wonder heavily at what I am missing that happened to this vehicle like an engine fire or something, and 3) I still have yet to receive any papers from my bank, warranty company, or state regarding my purchase and my loan for my vehicle and it has been over a month now and my payment is supposedly due at the end of the month. Let's just say the quickness of the purchase was great (since I already knew what I wanted) and the people were decent to deal with, BUT I am left with a serious sense of unease and buyer's remorse for having gone with this vehicle at this dealership. I won't recommend Kendall at this point, there are better ones out there and you are taking a serious chance with your money and purchase...aggressive pricing or not. I am still waiting on a response from them on where the xxxx my paperwork and documents are.

The aggressive, upfront pricing is what originally caused me to call, but Corey (Sales) is the one who truly closed the deal on my amazing new Ford Ranger. I flew in to pick it up, and Corey made the logistics effortless. He was communicative, handled the paperwork remotely, and was waiting promptly at the airport to pick me up. The pricing was exactly as agreed—no surprises—and the registration fees actually came in lower than estimated. Where this team really impressed me, though, was how they handled a hurdle. We discovered a potentially serious PDI issue right at delivery. Instead of making me wait or delaying my trip home, Brad (Manager) and Corey treated it with absolute urgency. They immediately rushed the truck into service and, incredibly, pulled parts off another unit on the lot just to ensure I could get on the road that same day. That level of problem-solving is rare. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tim in Finance. I walked in as a "hard no" on all insurance products. Tim was patient, honest, and explained the benefits without being pushy. I left with zero pressure and two separate deal sheets to consider at my own pace. It’s easy to see why their rating is so high. If you want a dealer that honors their pricing and fixes problems immediately, ask for Corey. And I know Kendall already has a 4.8-star rating, so they probably don't need another review, but the team here—specifically Corey, Brad, and Tim—earned this one.

I have a 2019 Mustang that had a automatic transmission
I have a 2019 Mustang that had a automatic transmission failure. I took he vehicle to Kendall Ford of Meridian for service. After they had check out the problem, it was determined that a new transmission was needed to fix the problem. The vehicle is covered by a warranty from American Car Shield. Brandon T. the service writer assigned to my claim dealt directly with Car Shield. Under protest from me and Brandon and I believe the technician involved, a used transmission was sent to Kendall Ford and installed into my Mustang. I paid the one hundred dollar deductible and drove my car home. A short time later (a week or two) the exact same problem arose. I returned to Kendall Ford and Brandon and the technician noted the same problem and informed Car Shield. Again they would not approve a new transmission or even a rebuilt. So once more under protest from me and Kendall Ford, another USED transmission was installed in my Mustang. Same problem showed up. This time after much persuasion from Brandon, with my support, Car Shield approved a new transmission to be installed into my Mustang. Without the perseverance of Brandon and Kendall Ford, I'm sot sure how this repair would have gone. Thank you Brandon and Kendall Ford. I am eternally grateful. Tom Shader
