I was on time for my appointment but 10-15 minutes passed
I was on time for my appointment but 10-15 minutes passed before an agent came out to take my truck. In the past it only took 1 - 2 minutes, however the agent was acting like I should be thankful HE was there instead of the other way around. I’m the one paying for the service and HE should work on his customers service skills and customer treatment. First time in years I encountered an employee with such lack of skills at Cutter Ford.
